The Rational Unified Process	Presents an overview of the software development methodology developed and espoused by the Rational Software Corporation. Students will gain insights and appreciation for the advantages of an iterative and incremental development process. Both developer and Project Management responsibilities are elaborated. This course is programming language neutral. Level: Overview	1 Day
Project Charter Workshop	An engaging interactive workshop that prepares staff with the background knowledge and analysis techniques they need to develop and document a solid foundation for any IT Project. Workshop duration is flexible and should be chosen to reflect participant's goals, desired deliverables, and project complexity. Level: Introduction	1-5 Days
Project Management For IT	This engaging and interactive course uses group discussions, exercises, a case study, and lecture to equip participants with the skills necessary to plan, manage, and participate in IT projects.
